Juliana Callado Gonçales is a partner at Silveira Advogados and has worked in the area of litigation (conducting legal proceedings), prevention and conflict resolution. She has more than 10 years of experience with legal conflicts, which allow her to accurately analyze the risks involved, as well as the main doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines related to the litigious matter.

Juliana is a specialist in data protection from Privacy Academy and Future Law, is also a Post Graduate in Tax Law from IBET – Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies and specialist in Strategic Litigation from FGV/SP. She is currently taking a postgraduate course in Negotiation and Arbitration Process at the New Law Institute.
